Slaton

Slaton MHP is the only manufactured housing community in Slaton, Texas. Slaton is a small, quiet community of 6,000 residents, located 15 miles southeast of Lubbock. Many residents commute to Lubbock for work and shopping, but prefer Slaton because of its small community feel. The community boasts several hometown arts and cultural events that are typical of small west Texas communities, yet allows access to the “city lights” with its close proximity to Lubbock.
